fix(argo-cd): Allow to disable containerSecurityContext (#2072)

* Allow to disable containerSecurityContext

Add a `enabled` property to allow the whole containerSecurityContext to be disabled.
Fixes https://github.com/argoproj/argo-helm/issues/2071
